Insurance Essentials

All our policies cover £3,000,000 Third Party Liability - this being the recommended insurance requirement for most UK & European marinas and harbours. As well as insuring the vessel itself, we are able to cover all the additional items that you may have, such as your tender, outboard, liferaft, personal effects and the like.

In the event that you wish to use your yacht for racing, then this can also be covered, however please note that the cost for this cover will be dependent on the value of your masts, spars and rigging.

We are able to cover cruising throughout Europe including the Mediterranean Sea.

If you live aboard your boat it is also important to cover your Personal Effects and/or Contents. Our Home Contents Insurance, specifically designed for boats, offers 'new for old' cover and special features such as accommodation cover, in the event your boat becomes inhabitable. Mooring

In regard to the storage of your vessel, we can confirm that all marinas are acceptable, as are most harbours.

We do give permission for vessels to be moored on swinging moorings, however these will be subject to our prior agreement and there may be restrictions on the dates such moorings can be used.
